The Rotary Club of Colombo Mid Town, together with the Rotaract Club of Edith Cowan University and Pick a Book, successfully launched the Read & Rise initiative—an effort dedicated to strengthening education through access to knowledge. As part of Rotary’s Basic Education and Literacy focus area, more than 1,000 books were donated to four deserving schools:
