Commenced on 30th October 2025, the programme is conducted online from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., ensuring accessibility for women balancing business and personal commitments.
Go Global offers comprehensive, practical guidance across critical areas of export readiness and sustainable business growth, including:
-
Financial management, budgeting, accounting, and taxation for export-focused enterprises
-
Access to finance, grants, and investor preparedness
-
Export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance
-
Marketing, branding, and sales strategies for global markets
-
Leadership development, strategic planning, and personal growth
EDB Chairman and CEO Mr. Mangala Wijesinghe emphasized the programme’s significance in advancing Sri Lanka’s economic progress by empowering women entrepreneurs with essential tools and exposure to international best practices.
Rotary Club of Colombo Mid Town President Mr. Jananga Piyadasa highlighted the value of the collaboration, noting that the partnership combines professional expertise with practical support to strengthen competitiveness and open pathways to international business opportunities.
Through the EDB’s export promotion expertise and the Rotary Club’s strong professional network, participants benefit from both knowledge and actionable insights.
